Emily Skardon, REALTOR®

Emily Skardon is a Dayton, OH native who has been in the real estate industry for 3+ years. She has helped hundreds of families, investors, and individuals find the perfect property to fit their unique needs. Emily genuinely cares about each client, listening closely, advocating for them, and guiding them every step of the way. She communicates promptly, ensures a smooth process, and takes the stress out of buying or selling a home. For Emily, real estate should be seamless, exciting, and even fun, and that is exactly what she delivers.

Growing up in Oakwood, OH, Emily developed a love for helping others and a lifelong passion for homes, particularly those with history and character. She graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Having lived in multiple areas throughout the greater Dayton region, she has a deep understanding of the city and its surrounding suburbs. She uses this knowledge to give her clients a local advantage.
